I will always replace or refund any items lost or damaged during shipping. I do not usually send items with tracking or insurance for the following reasons: It would push up the cost of shipping for every item, and that the shipping insurance generally only covers the cost of my materials in any case, not my time and work.

In my experience very few items are lost in the post, and my policy is that I would rather replace lost or damaged items and cover the cost myself. This keeps my shipping costs down.

Please be aware that I ship from the UK, and for shipping overseas (especially in the weeks before Christmas), the time taken for an item to reach you can vary considerably. If your package has not arrived in the time expected, I will usually ask you to wait a few more days before sending out a replacement, but in the event that your order does not reach you be assured that I will always replace lost items or refund where an item is irreplaceable.

I ship inland by Royal Mail, overseas by Airmail.

WHOLESALE ORDERS
I can provide wholesale prices for large orders. This is generally 20+ cards or 10+ prints. For smaller multiple purchases I can usually offer a small discount on request.
